Want to help clients create a thicker and fuller lash line? With this course you will learn how to implant pigment in between the lashes creating an eye opening effect. This procedure generally takes 1 hour to complete and most Permanent Makeup Artist charge $200-$400. During this 2 day intense course you will learn:
